Flash T-K2 operates with high performance in a tiny package. Refinements incorporated into the T-K2 include increased flow range and temperature output, a wider btu range, and a variable temperature adjustment.
Despite the small size, the Flash T-K2 first-hour rating is 240 gallons per hour.

The T-K2 has a maximum flow rate of 6.9 gallons per minute, making it ideal for residential or commercial water heating and warm air or radiant heating systems, as well as domestic water heating applications.
The Flash T-K2 is the tiny fighter that packs a powerful punch. Weighing in at only 60 lbs, it measures only 24 inches high by 16 inches wide by 8 inches deep. It's small size allows it to be installed in a variety of locations, indoors or outdoors.
The thermal efficiency of the Flash T-K2 is over 85% using natural gas and 86% on propane gas with low NOx emission to meet AQMD (Air Quality Management District) regulaton. This is far superior to the conventional water heater efficiency. Because the T-K2 is more efficient, it uses less fuel and is therefore more cost efficient to operate and environmentally friendly.
